COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — One of the Midlands’ largest celebrations of Hispanic Heritage Month, Carnaval del Barrio, returns on Saturday.
Carnaval del Barrio is a family-friendly festival that celebrates the rich traditions, diversity, and contributions of the Hispanic community through live entertainment, authentic cuisine, cultural performances, local artisans, community resources and interactive activities for all ages.
