Early morning fire impacts part of popular Columbus restaurant

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Columbus Fire and Rescue was dispatched to popular Columbus restaurant, Rosehill Seafood, around 7 a.m. on Wednesday.

Columbus Fire and Emergency Deputy Chief of Community Risk Reduction Daniel S. Macon said the fire happened in the storage area on the restaurant’s property but did not impact the restaurant.

Rosehill employees were on the scene while fire crews responded, some worried about the outcome after seeing the news on Facebook.
