A Flood Watch remains for portions of eastern Ohio as storms are still expected to ramp up as we head later in the evening.
West Virginia and portions of eastern Ohio have been taken out of the Flood Watch as the atmosphere seems to be stabilizing along the Ohio River, storms are ramping up along I-70 so counties farther in Ohio remain in the watch until 10 P.M. Sunday.
Rainfall that fell yesterday and with the forecasted rain this afternoon and evening could cause localized Flash Flooding, especially in poor drained and low-lying areas. Always avoid flooded roadways and remember the phrase “Turn around, don’t drown”…
