OHIO — Authorities are investigating after a body was recovered from the Great Miami River Thursday afternoon near Island MetroPark.
According to initial reports, emergency crews were called to the area of East Helena Street around 4:30 p.m., as dispatched by the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.
When first responders arrived, they located and recovered the body of an adult woman from the water. Police have not yet released her identity…
