A top university donor and alum, Ratmir Timashev, has been accused of fraud, breach of contract and civil conspiracy in a lawsuit filed by former executives of an artificial intelligence startup venture.
The suit, filed on April 14 in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, is from Jeff Schumann, Kevin ColoĢn and J. Seth Metcalf, who claim in the suit that they were fired by Timashev and his partners after they complained about how the startup was funded.
