The Orange County Transportation Authority on Sunday will implement a series of changes to its bus service throughout the county.
The agency will offer upgraded service to Cal State Fullerton as students return to campus this fall, officials said. The agency encouraged students to take advantage of a program allowing youths 6 to 18 years old to ride buses at no cost.
