ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Atlanta-based Aramar Investments LLC will spend more than $50 million redeveloping the long-vacant Presidential Tower.
DeKalb County’s permitting office issued a land disturbance permit that allows what is called horizontal site work to begin. That work includes the parking lot as well as ingress and egress at the site.
