A multi-state manhunt ended on a Wednesday with the arrest of 43-year-old Jonathan Soto at an apartment complex on Gate Parkway in Jacksonville.
Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released video Monday of the arrest. Soto was wanted on a fugitive warrant for murder and possession of a firearm.
