WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (WEAU) – Hy-Vee is introducing Senior Wellness Day, a new monthly event intended to support local seniors by providing them with information from Hy-Vee’s health and wellness experts.
According to a press release from Hy-Vee, during each Senior Wellness Day event, Hy-Vee’s registered pharmacists and dietitians will provide information about health topics including vaccines, staying healthy during the flu season, and enrolling for health insurance.
The press release says Senior Wellness Day attendees 60 or older will have the opportunity to purchase a $5 Balanced Plate breakfast, free coffee, 10% off vitamins, and more…
