Holiday Market will host its 22nd Lobsterfest from Sept. 24-26 at the S. Main St. location in Royal Oak. This three-day celebration is the first Lobsterfest under new ownership after the market changed hands at the end of 2024, as reported by the Detroit Free Press.
The market will offer special pricing on cooked and uncooked lobster, plus other seafood items. Options include Bluepoint oysters, littleneck clams, large raw or cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, and mussels.
A new Holiday Market Shrimp Roll launches this year. The special sushi roll was made specifically for Lobsterfest. It will be available only on Saturday, Sept. 26, for $9.99 while supplies last. Live lobsters at 1¼ pounds cost $14.99 per pound, while cooked 1¼-pound lobsters cost $20.99. Large, raw, peeled and deveined shrimp sell for $8.99 per pound.
