EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Students and employees in the Socorro Independent School District achieved a major milestone, surpassing the district’s goal of reading more than 5 million minutes in the 2nd annual All in For Read: The Next Chapter Challenge.
The reading challenge brought SISD together in a “powerful celebration of literacy, engaging students and staff in a shared commitment to reading and learning,” the district said.
