EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Road crews have made several visible strides in the Horizon and Darrington reconstruction project in recent weeks, including new pavement and permanent traffic signals, with another major closure now underway for utility work.
Throughout April, crews milled several sections of Horizon Boulevard from Torrey Pines to Desert Mesa. After milling was completed, crews added the final top lift of pavement along Horizon Boulevard, work intended to smooth the roadway and bring it level with business entrances.
