EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Authorities discovered the body of an executed man abandoned in Ciudad Juarez neighborhood, Nuevo Hipodromo.
The grim discovery was made in a vacant lot near the intersection of Ojinaga and Camargo streets.
According to responding officers, the victim was wearing pajamas and had a rope tied around his hands as well as another around his neck.
Investigators also reported that the body showed visible signs of violence and possible torture…
