EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Police Department honored fallen officers at a special ceremony on Friday in Northeast El Paso.
Local leaders and community members joined EPPD officers at the Chuck Heinrich Memorial Park, where EPPD held their annual End of Watch memorial.
