Charges have been dismissed against a man arrested in connection with what the Lane County Sheriff’s Office described as an illegal extraction lab for butane hash oil north of Marcola.
“The state of the evidence is such that a material element of the crime cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt,” Deputy District Attorney Ryan Leal said in an Aug. 25 court filing. Lane County Circuit Judge Amit Kapoor ordered the case dismissed.
