EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — An Evansville man is behind bars Thursday morning after allegedly holding a person hostage with a knife on Wednesday night.
52-year-old Kevin Roach was arrested and booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail following an investigation by the Evansville Police Department. Roach faces multiple felony charges, including kidnapping, confinement, and intimidation with a deadly weapon, as well as battery with bodily injury.
