KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – The situation for dozens of dogs found abandoned inside a Kansas City, Kan. home is improving, according to police.
The animals have been cleaned and fed. They are also under the care of staff and volunteers at KCK Animal Services, according to a spokesperson for the Kansas City Kansas Police Department.
