ROCKFORD, IL — A proposed 350-unit apartment complex that would be the centerpiece of a mixed-use development on the outskirts of a college campus has taken a step forward.
Located in the 5300 block of East State Street south of Rockford University and east of the Puri School of Business, the development promises in its promotional material to “combine new shopping and dining opportunities with a modern and desirable style of apartment living of which there is very little in the Rockford area.”
