ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A suspect died after a shootout that left two police officers injured Tuesday night in northwest Albuquerque.
Police identified the suspect as a man in his 20s who had a gun. A shootout ensued with the officers and a suspect, who died at the scene. Shrapnel and shattered glass injured two officers after shots were fired at their vehicles but they’re expected to be okay.
