Beloved pizza shop’s new location in Albuquerque broken into twice since opening

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A popular Albuquerque pizza shop is cleaning up again after someone smashed in their window in another overnight burglary.

Richie B’s Pizza Owner Chuck Ruiz said he just moved into the business on April 4, and burglars have taken out a front window twice. “Unfortunately, we’ve been here less than 60 days, and this is the second time that this has happened,” said Ruiz.

The thieves made off with the businesses’ phone and some collectibles, but also tried to get into a neighboring business. It’s deja vu for Richie B’s Pizza after the popular local business saw a burglar visit again since moving to the westside from Montgomery and Louisiana.
