TAMPA, Florida — A 21-year-old man from Palmetto has been indicted for allegedly making a false statement to a federally licensed firearms dealer.
Desmin Terrell Belvin, Jr. is accused of falsely representing himself as the actual buyer of a Glock handgun on an ATF Form 4473, when he was allegedly purchasing it for someone else, according to the indictment.
