MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — The 61-townhome development planned for Parkland Boulevard, near Landerhaven Corporate Park, took another step forward Wednesday (May 27) as City Council approved rezoning the property for Planned Unit Development use.
On March 9, council approved a preliminary plan for the development that will be made up of two-story townhomes measuring 1,900-2,600 square feet. The homes will also include basements.
