COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Officials at Columbiana Centre say the mall will implement a temporary youth curfew for guests 17 and under on Friday.
The curfew is a part of the Parental Guidance Required (PGR) program and is in response to recent social media activity indicating potential for disruptive, unsupervised youth gatherings.
