Stella’s Diner in Syracuse has been named one of the best diners in the United States by Food & Wine. The beloved Central New York diner was one of only seven restaurants featured on the short list of stellar spots, which ranged from a 99-year-old diner in Boston, Massachusetts, to a roadside cafe in Fortuna, California.
