Boynton Beach Grad Party Cleanup Spat Explodes Into Four-Stab Horror

A graduation celebration in Boynton Beach turned into a crime scene Sunday when a man was stabbed four times and rushed to a trauma center, according to CBS12. What started as a small post-party cleanup ended with one guest in critical condition and another facing an attempted murder charge.

Officers were called to 109 NW 6th Avenue after reports of a stabbing. When they arrived, they found the victim with multiple stab wounds to his torso and back, according to CBS12. He was trauma-alerted and taken to Delray Medical Center for surgery, where he remains in critical condition.

Argument Over Cleanup Turns Bloody

Witnesses, with some statements translated from Creole, told detectives the violence started when a guest asked 37-year-old Olguens Michaud to help clean the front yard, according to CBS12. Michaud allegedly refused, saying, “I’m a boss, I don’t need to clean.” Another partygoer replied, “You are a boss, but you don’t bring anything,” a comment witnesses say angered Michaud enough that he left the gathering.

Minutes later, Michaud came back and flashed an unknown object, then lifted his shirt and moved toward the victim, according to CBS12. Witnesses told police the victim tried to shield himself with a plastic chair but was stabbed four times. Michaud later admitted holding a beer bottle and taking responsibility for the wounds, according to CBS12…
