LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities say a man wanted in connection with hitting a building in Lexington County over the weekend returned to the scene late Monday morning, ramming a deputy who was there to investigate.
The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department said a deputy was investigating hit-and-run damage to a building in the 3900 block of Augusta Road on Monday when someone rammed the patrol vehicle.
