ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A judge ruled on Thursday that Arch Apparel owes Ballpark Village over $316,000 in a default judgment.
The ruling stated Arch Apparel did not appear at a scheduled court appearance on May 21. Ballpark Village presented evidence and live witness testimony from its representative.
