TOLEDO, Ohio — The four men accused of robbing a Toledo gas station at gunpoint last month and leading police on a vehicle chase into and back out of Michigan have been indicted on charges in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
According to court documents, four men from Toledo, identified as Demarcus Gilmer, 19, Jessie Gilmer, 18, Anton Caldwell, 19, and Odarrius Brown, 20, were each charged with one felony count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and one felony count of tampering with evidence with a firearm specification. Additionally, Brown is charged with failure to comply with a firearm specification, a third-degree felony.
Bond was set at $150K for each of the men…
