ST. LOUIS – One man is being held without bond after following an unmarked police vehicle onto Interstate 44 and ramming the car as it traveled through downtown.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the crash happened on June 2 on I-44 at Walnut Street.
