GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office has dismissed charges against an Upstate business owner who was arrested last year, his lawyer said.
Kerry Don Penwell was charged on Aug. 26, 2025 with breach of trust and practicing a profession without a license.
