Woman bit off pinky tip, cut victim with kitchen knife, police say

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A St. Louis woman faces assault charges after police said she cut a victim with a kitchen knife and bit off the end of their pinky finger during an altercation.

Tiara Tompkins faces two counts of first-degree assault, one count of first-degree burglary, one count of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of armed criminal action, according to court records.

According to a probable cause statement, Tompkins arrived at the victim’s house Wednesday, banging on the windows and doors. A physical altercation began as soon as the door was opened.

Court documents said Tompkins entered the house and continued to assault the victim. She grabbed a knife from the kitchen and cut the victim’s face and leg, leaving two large lacerations, according to the probable cause statement. Documents said Tompkins also bit off the end of the victim’s pinky finger…
