HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An Evansville man was arrested after authorities say they seized over 40 pounds of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-69 this week.
Detectives say they more than 25 pounds of suspected marijuana was recovered from a vehicle driven by Jordan Rushing, 32, during a traffic stop on Tuesday. Following the discovery, authorities say they searched Rushing’s home and seized more than 10 pounds of marijuana, as well as well as two handguns and a large amount of cash.
Multiple dogs were removed from Rushing’s home, and authorities say there were multiple previous complaints to animal control about the home.
Rushing is charged with dealing marijuana greater than 10 pounds and driving with a suspended license. He is being held without bond…
