ROCKFORD — A new wine bar opening later this month will set out to bring more energy, conversation and art to downtown.
Palace Wine Bar is filling the longtime Palace Shoe Repair and Downtown Shoes & Boutique space at 202 N. Main St., which is at the corner of Main and Mulberry streets. Two years after purchasing the property, owners Mark Podemski and Lucretia Ristin are targeting June 26 for their grand opening…
