19-year-old Auburn student’s bold fashion journey leads to Vogue ‘Instagram coup’

A college student from Trussville who once ran strict fashion auditions in Instagram group chats was recently featured in Vogue.

Chelsi Banks, 19, is studying apparel merchandising and journalism at Auburn University while working toward the editor-in-chief position at Swatch, the college’s fashion magazine.
