BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A new economic education center in Birmingham aims to help students learn how to budget, manage money and explore careers in a hands-on environment.
The ribbon was cut Tuesday, June 9, on the Junior Achievement McWane Economic Education Center Regions Finance Park.
The center includes a fully interactive “mini city” where students will step into a bank, pay bills and make real financial decisions.
