We’re working to learn more about an incident in the 6600 block of 1st Avenue North in Birmingham Thursday morning.
Police had the roadway blocked off. There is a downed power line and a vehicle being removed from the scene by a wrecker.
Alabama Power has also temporarily cut electricity to part of the area while crews make repairs to the damaged power line…
