Nocturnal Wonderland isn’t just a music festival featuring electronic dance music — it’s an experience that turns Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino into an immersive environment featuring interactive art, neon-lit forest paths and extraordinary sound and visual production.

What is Nocturnal Wonderland?
The event was founded by Los Angeles promoter Pasquale Rotella under his company, Insomniac. It has been running since 1995, beginning as a one-night event in a downtown Los Angeles warehouse. Over the years, it has evolved into a two-day electronic music festival, held at Glen Helen Amphitheater since 2013.

Nocturnal Wonderland was once held in Indio
One year after Goldenvoice held the inaugural 1999 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, which was not financially successful and ended with an $850,000 loss for the promoter, Nocturnal Wonderland held its event at the site. Neighbors in the surrounding area complained about the loud thumps in the night and Insomniac moved the festival back to San Bernardino…
