BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – An indictment unsealed on Thursday, June 11 charged two men with distribution of methamphetamine and one with murder-for-hire, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office sais a six-count indictment filed in the U.S. District Court charged Joshua Cole Rasberry, 34, and Donald Paul Sheets, 38, both from Birmingham, with distribution of methamphetamine.
Rasberry is also charged with murder-for-hire, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and use and carry of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime and crime of violence.
