Birmingham brothers accused of shooting woman ‘like a dog’ for allegedly beating their mother

Two Birmingham brothers charged in the weekend shooting death of a woman will remain behind bars after a judge ruled the killing likely was in retaliation for an assault on their mother last month.

Marquis Antwon Graham, 24, and Nikolas Isaiah Graham, 27, are charged with murder in the Saturday shooting death of 31-year-old Tampril Lashae Davis.
