Authorities are investigating after a 32-year-old Birmingham man was found unresponsive inside the Birmingham City Jail on Thursday afternoon.
According to information released by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Patrick Lamar Croskey, 32, of Birmingham, was discovered unresponsive by correctional staff in his assigned single-person cell at the Birmingham City Jail, located at 425 Sixth Avenue South.
