BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A man from Honduras has been sentenced by a federal judge for unlawfully re-entering the United States after his deportation in March 2020.
U.S. District Judge Madeline Haikala sentenced 29-year-old Walter Anselmo Rosa-Menjivar to 16 months in prison.
