CINCINNATI (WXIX) – All water activities at Winton Lake are off-limits after routine testing found elevated E. coli levels and Great Parks later discovered an active sewage leak near Winton Woods Harbor.
Swimming isn’t allowed at the lake under Great Parks bylaws.
