A New Yorker is in trouble over the location of bushes at her home in The Villages.
The home of Andrea Bobrow at 430 San Marino Drive in the Village of Rio Ponderosa was the subject of a deed compliance hearing Friday in front of the Community Development District 1 Board of Supervisors at Savannah Center.
Bobrow, who bought the home in 2021, and spends part of the year in Brooklyn, N.Y., considers her home in The Villages her “green space,” according to testimony presented at the hearing…
