KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A woman has been charged with a DWI after prosecutors said she lead troopers on a police chase that reached speeds of 114 mph.
Clay County prosecutors said Raquel M. Tapia is charged with aggravated fleeing (Valentine’s Law), and driving while intoxicated.
According to police reports, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper tried to stop a silver Chevrolet sedan traveling 93 mph in a 55 mph zone on northbound Interstate 35.
