NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Liberty Hill Juneteenth Parade and Celebration kicks off on Sunday, honoring the national holiday with a vibrant tribute to freedom, heritage, and togetherness.
The parade, presented by the Liberty Hill Historical and Genealogical Society, begins at 2:00 p.m., with a lineup at 12:30-1:30 p.m. on the corner of Gaynor Avenue and Snipe Street, then follows a route through the historic Liberty Hill neighborhood.
After the parade, the festivities continue at Felix Pinckney Center, where guests can enjoy live DJ music, delicious food, creative face painting, and plenty of surprises…
