Few sights get the attention of car enthusiasts quite like a classic Mustang, especially when one appears in the news for all the wrong reasons. Late Friday night, a severe crash involving a vintage Ford pony car left emergency crews facing a difficult rescue operation after the vehicle collided with a light pole with tremendous force.
The collision happened shortly before midnight at the intersection of McFadden Avenue and Container Lane in Huntington Beach. According to emergency radio reports, the Mustang struck a light pole and sustained catastrophic damage.
