Property owners in Woodstock looking to build an accessory dwelling unit now have five pre-approved plans to choose from to do so.
On June 8, the Woodstock City Council unanimously approved a memorandum of understanding between the city and Unity Architects, LLC for five pre-approved accessory dwelling unit design plans for use within Woodstock’s city limits.
According to the agreement, Unity Architects volunteered to provide these pre-designed ADU plans at no cost to the city “as a benefit to the community and in furtherance of expanding housing options.”…
