BELLE GLADE, Fla. (CBS12) — A 65-year-old man died after striking a parked vehicle that was experiencing mechanical issues on Saturday.
According to a crash report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, at about 5:27 p.m., Oscar Vidal Arroliga was traveling south on U.S. Highway 27 when, for reasons unknown, he drove onto the west shoulder and struck the rear of a parked semi-truck.
