KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A Knoxville man who lives in a new home has a neighboring property that’s overgrown with weeds that haven’t been cut for a year.
Most people don’t want to see a wasteland of high weeds outside their front porch. Instead, they’d like a nice view, pretty landscaping, and perhaps an appealing lawn. But that’s not what Jeff Tillery sees outside his door every day.
