STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Traffic on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway is causing delays as far back as the Goethals Bridge during the Thursday morning rush hour.
Traffic from the Expressway began causing backups on the Staten Island-bound side of the Goethals Bridge around 6:25 a.m., according to an alert from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
